Check in 在the Hill building , 房間在the sea building, 是service apartment, 安排在5/F 低層，景觀一般，因為被前面的building 遮擋了，但也可看到小部分煙花。衝涼水壓很慢。

1. The unit that I get is at level 10. It’s really clean. 2. The location is good. The unit is in 1 of the tallest building in sunset town. And it’s few hundred meters distance to Kiss bridge area and cable car. It’s not that far but in front of our buildings, there are more buildings in front. Thank god I reserve the room with kiss bridge view, we still can view the fireworks and the kiss of the sea show from the balcony. 3. The service is good. I just hope that the staff could reply faster. But itself still good. They try to satisfy our needs. 4. Lastly is amenities. The amenities all is complete. Just 1 more thing if I want to add is the drying rack for plates. Because after was the diahes, we have place the plate at the sink so it’s wet at the sink area. But, it’s okay. Overall, I would rate 4.5/5. The room looks still new. It’s clean, have 2 tv as well. I have a pleasant stay. Keep it up! 👍🏻

Review jujur. Magnificent fireworks view! I booked the 2 bedroom with Kiss Bridge view. The room is super clean and I love every inch of this room! It is located at “The Sea” building which is in front of “The Hill” building. Nearer to the fireworks compare to The Hill. Nak checkin kena pg office dia kat “The Hill” building dulu. We had the best time and no regret booking here👍🏻 cumanya a bit far to go to kiss bridge and cable car but sokay buggy bersepah tunggu kat lobby. Beware yea sila pilih buggy yg bertauliah. Pernah accident berlanggar between buggy sbb driver careless aihhh. Ada tmpt sewa motor sbelah building ni juga. Anyway, enjoyyyy🥳

職員很細心介紹房間設施，房間/床鋪乾淨，房間陽台可以直接看到覽車、大海、夕陽及晚上親吻橋煙火，超級美麗，用what sapp聯絡客服，回覆快捷，發現微波爐內玻璃碟碎，很快有人來替換，另外浴室也遇上熱水爐壞，冇熱水出，他們都有效率找技術人員處理維修，可惜到晚上又壞，算了，幸好還有另一浴室用。到覽車站只需10分鐘，到夜市也是15分鐘左右，樓下有很多旅遊篤篤車，方便乘坐外出。住南部，推薦家庭住這個，有迷你㕑房，可用微波爐翻熱食物。3/F有健身室，頂樓有泳池。

Sunset town の頂上付近にあるHillside residenceの1室を借りるスタイルです。 フーコック南部のサンワールドに行く予定がある方やkiss of the seaを観る予定がある方には良い立地だと思います。 シービューの部屋に宿泊すると、kiss of the seaとクライマックスの花火をバルコニーから眺めることが出來ます。 Hillsideのエレベーターを使うとKiss bridgeやケーブルカー乗り場までは徒歩で5分ほど、Vui-fest Bazaar Phú Quốcというナイトマーケットまでも7-8分で行けます。 部屋の中にアリがたくさんいたことと床が汚かったこと以外は特に問題はありませんでした。 シャワーを浴びるためには給湯のスイッチを入れる必要があるので、注意が必要です。

الموقع مثالي جداً للشكن في جنوب الجزيرة ، يمكنك مشاهدة الغروب ومشاهدة الالعاب النارية يوميا من خلال السكن وانت لن تحتاج الى مواصلات للتنقل ، الغرفة مطابقة للصور ونظيفة جدا

公寓裡的環境很好，職員十分有禮貌，服務也非常周到。遇到任何問題時，WhatsApp 都會很快回覆我們。他們甚至替我用電話預約按摩，房間對著接吻橋，能看到美麗的煙花景色，值得一試。

ห้องสะอาด พนักง่นบริการดีเยี่ยม และวิวสวยมากมองเห็นการแสดงแสงสี และพลุจากที่พักชัดเจน ครั้งหน้า จะกลับมาที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

⭐ Mixed Feelings: A Great Experience… and a Bit of a Nightmare 😅 Let me share my honest experience staying here – it was a mix of amazing moments and frustrating issues. ⸻ ✅ The Good Stuff: • The room was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable – I honestly didn’t feel like leaving! • I had a perfect view of the nightly fireworks, which felt magical. Seriously, 10/10 for the vibe. • The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and small requests feel pleasant. • The entire place has huge potential, especially if you’re into photography – aesthetic corners everywhere! ⸻ ❌ The Not-So-Great: • Sadly, some facilities were poorly maintained – especially the pool area. It really needs attention if they want guests to enjoy it fully. • Cleanliness was almost okay, but not quite up to expectation. • The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and the floor kept getting flooded due to a blocked drain. Quite uncomfortable. • The water kettle didn’t work, which was disappointing when I just wanted a warm drink after a long day. ⸻ 📝 Final Thoughts: This place has great potential, but it really needs serious upgrades to match the expectations of travellers. After a tiring day out, guests want comfort, convenience, and smooth facilities — not small frustrations. If improvements are made (especially in maintenance and cleanliness), I would definitely consider coming back. There’s something special about this place… just hoping it can truly shine like it deserves to.

床頭如果能有充電孔就更好了！ 這次入住的樓層較低 海景房的景色會稍微被對面的飯店遮住 但一樣能看到清晰的煙火～ 整體上來說還是蠻推薦的
